Shipping policy

If you are in the United States, Media Mail is the lowest priced option for shipping. Media mail may take up to 15 business days to arrive, though most of the time it arrives a lot sooner. Shipping to areas outside of the United States will be shipping via Standard Mail.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping.

All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.

We are not able to offer discounts after you've placed an order.

Shipping Fees are in addition to the price listed. (Price does not include shipping. Shipping will be charged at checkout.)
If you live in AZ or GA, price listed does not include sales tax and sales tax will be charged at checkout.

(If you aren't charged sales tax, it is the responsibility of the consumer to pay tax to their state department. We're just saying this for compliance reasons ;)

Customs / Tariffs for International Shipping

Additional charges for customs clearance, VAT, tariffs, and any other international fees  must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and tariff policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates. Additionally, when ordering from Messenger of Spirit, LLC you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please save all of your shipping materials so they can be submitted to USPS or UPS for a damage assessment. The shipping materials are required to be available to submit a claim to either USPS.  Also, USPS require pictures of the damaged contents and shipping boxes.  These may be sent to support@messengerofspirit.com. If your product was sent in error or incorrectly please email support@messengerofspirit.com.
